About the apartment
Sunrise is a newly-built apartment located in a peaceful village of Štinjan, just outside Pula. It is family-owned and tastefully designed to meet the needs of families, couples or groups of friends looking to spend their vacation in this part of Croatia. It sleeps up to six people and has a ground floor entrance with a spacious, sunlit terrace with a dining area. Our property is equipped with 2 bedrooms, a living room with a flat-screen TV and access to the terrace. The apartment has a bathroom with a shower and a bidet, and a separate toilette room. The kitchen is fully furnished and a coffee machine is at your disposal. Master bedroom and living room have an air conditioning device, to make your stay even more comfortable during the warm summer nights.
Two parking spaces in front of the building are reserved for our guests at no additional charge.
Our location
Sunrise is located in a village of Štinjan, 4km away from the center of Pula. This makes Sunrise a perfect place to retreat after a busy day at the beach and yet be 10 minutes away from Pula’s vibrant night life.
Nearest beach Hidrobaza is just 700m away, reachable by foot in about 15 minutes or a 2 min drive by car. Valbadon beach is 1.7km away and there are also plenty of small, private beaches to explore in the vicinity.
Local grocery stores and a bakery with delicious pastries are a couple of minutes away from the flat.

With its rich ancient Roman heritage, such as the Amphitheatre, Pula has plenty to offer in terms of sight-seeing. Whether you’re an architecture enthusiast, an adventure seeker, or a culinary explorer, there’s something for you to discover. This coastal city has stunning natural attractions, beautiful beaches and landmarks definitely worth visiting. For those looking for an adrenaline rush, several exciting outdoor activities can be booked through Tourism office, such as bike riding , kayaking etc. Istria is well known for its olive oil, wine and truffle mushrooms. Local culinary dishes prepared in traditional istrian restaurants will definitely leave you wanting for more.
